Contract time frames are set with in our contract offering timing for council submissions and construction periods. This allows customers to plan with confidence. A late completion clause is included within the contract penalising Blue Haven pools, should an unforeseen delay occur.

FIXED PRICE
Fixed price contract includes all items required to build a pool on a particular site taking into consideration local government application fees, insurance and all stages of pool construction.
With our vast industry experience we have a schedule list of items that we are able to include within our fixed price contract. All rates for items unforseen are shown as a fixed rate so a best and worst-case scenario can be presented.
